환불 정책

환불받을 수 있는 경우

  • 첫 결제: 결제한 날부터 14일 안에 요청하면 전액 환불해요.
  • 갱신 결제: 자동 갱신으로 결제된 날부터 14일 안에 요청하면 그 갱신 결제를 환불해요.
  • 구독권 선물: 결제한 날부터 14일 안이고 코드를 아직 등록하지 않았다면 전액 환불해요.

요청하는 방법

  • Paddle 영수증 메일의 링크, 또는 paddle.net에서 주문을 찾아 환불을 요청해요.
  • 운영자에게 직접 요청해도 돼요(kimyanghyeon12@gmail.com 또는 문의하기). 주문 번호나 영수증의 이메일 주소를 함께 알려 주세요.

처리

  • 환불은 판매자(Merchant of Record)인 Paddle이 처리해요. Paddle 환불 정책도 함께 적용돼요.
  • 환불되면 그 구독(이용권)이 바로 끝나 AI 기능이 꺼지고, 미니콩 서버가 Paddle 구독도 해지해 다음 결제가 없어요. 등록하지 않은 선물 코드는 쓸 수 없게 돼요. 기기 안 맞춤법 검사는 계속 쓸 수 있어요.
  • 해지와 환불은 달라요. 해지는 다음 갱신만 멈추고, 이미 결제한 기간은 끝까지 쓸 수 있어요.
  • 14일이 지났어도 사정이 있으면 문의해 주세요. 확인한 뒤 답해 드려요.
  • 법(전자상거래법 등)이나 Paddle 구매자 약관이 이 정책보다 이용자에게 유리하면 그쪽을 따라요.

Summary in English. Refund policy: you can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Renewal payments can be refunded if requested within 14 days of the renewal. Gift subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if the code has not been redeemed. To request a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt email, visit paddle.net, or contact us via kimyanghyeon12@gmail.com or the support form at /support. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, and Paddle's refund policy also applies. A refunded subscription ends immediately and is cancelled with Paddle, so no further renewals are charged; unredeemed gift codes are revoked; the free on-device spell checker keeps working. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Your statutory rights are not affected. Effective October 16, 2026.
